Job Responsibilities
? Handle incoming inquiries from digital channels, website, email, WhatsApp, and other lead sources
? Qualify leads to identify genuine business requirements and filter out irrelevant or spam inquiries
? Coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-ups and lead handover
? Maintain accurate lead records and status updates in CRM systems
? Conduct initial communication with prospective customers to understand their needs
? Schedule calls, meetings, or demos for the sales team when required
? Support marketing and sales teams with lead feedback and inquiry quality insights
? Ensure prompt response to incoming leads to improve customer experience
? Follow up with prospects as per defined processes
? Prepare basic lead and inquiry reports for internal review
? Maintain professional communication with dealers, distributors, and B2B customers
Required Skill Set:
? Minimum 3 years of experience in internal sales representative
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in inside sales, tele sales, or customer service
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work with CRM software and MS Office tools
Good organizational and time-management skills
Customer-focused attitude with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Renumeration: 20k to 25k
