Job Description

S3 Connections is seeking a proactive and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. This role is critical in driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads, primarily targeting companies in the US and India markets. The Inside Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the VP of Sales to achieve quarterly growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate leads and qualify prospects. Research potential clients, understand their business needs, and position S3 Connections' solutions effectively. Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and opportunities. Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, product demonstrations, and client presentations. Collaborate with the VP of Sales to develop and execute sales strategies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of S3 Connections' service offerings Provide timely follow-up on leads, ensuring a high conversion rate. Support client onboarding and maintain strong client relationships post-sales. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirement:

Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferably in B2B services). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Understanding of the US and India market dynamics is a plus.
