The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by converting leads, acquiring new clients, and nurturing long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
cold calling
to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
Convert leads
into long-term clients by understanding their needs and offering the right IT solutions.
Acquire new clients
and ensure strong ongoing relationships through exceptional service and follow-ups.
Understand client requirements
in detail and coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized, effective solutions.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive engagement and regular follow-ups.
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
MBA in Marketing (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in IT Sales, specifically handling
domestic clients
.
Internship or prior experience involving
cold calling and lead generation
is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work
independently
as well as in a
collaborative team environment
.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
