, and must be confident in interacting with clients, nurturing leads, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities via calls, email campaigns, WhatsApp, and social outreach.
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable IT services such as:
Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM, Ads, ORM)
Website & Mobile App Development
ERP / CRM Solutions
Branding, UI/UX & Creative Services
Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to effectively communicate value to leads.
Work closely with the marketing and technical teams for proposals, presentations, and project coordination.
Maintain CRM records, track pipeline, and follow up consistently with prospects.
Schedule meetings, demos, and client presentations for the senior sales/technical team.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow-up until deal closure.
Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of proven Inside Sales or Business Development experience in the
IT/Software/Digital Marketing
industry.
Good understanding of digital marketing, website development, mobile apps, ERP systems, branding, etc.
Excellent communication skills (English & Malayalam).
Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to understand client needs and present solutions effectively.
Experience using CRM tools is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good at multitasking.
