We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

Inside Sales Executive

with

6 months of experience

in the IT sector to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business, building relationships with clients, and providing IT solutions to meet customer needs. You will engage with potential clients via phone, email, and other online communication methods, aiming to understand their needs and offer appropriate products and services.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Qualification:

Conduct research to identify potential customers in the IT market. Qualify inbound and outbound leads through effective questioning and active listening to understand client needs.

Sales Calls & Outreach:

Make outbound calls and send emails to generate new sales opportunities. Follow up on leads and inquiries, setting appointments for sales presentations.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a strong understanding of the company's IT products, services, and solutions. Educate prospects on the benefits of the product, solving customer pain points and addressing objections.

Sales Presentations & Demos:

Schedule and conduct product demos and virtual meetings with prospects. Deliver persuasive sales presentations and webinars to showcase the value proposition of IT solutions.

Pipeline Management:

Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar. Update CRM data with prospect details, sales activities, and lead status to ensure accurate reporting.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized service. Address customer queries promptly and professionally.

Sales Process & Reporting:

Follow up with leads to close deals and achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, lead progress, and pipeline status to management.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work closely with marketing, technical, and customer support teams to ensure successful sales strategies. Participate in team meetings, share feedback, and suggest ways to improve sales processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Experience:

6 months of experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT industry (e.g., SaaS, cloud services, networking solutions, hardware, etc.).

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients over phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Tech-Savvy:

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and basic IT products/services.

Sales Skills:

Strong ability to manage leads, identify pain points, and close deals effectively.

Customer-Oriented:

Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Time Management:

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple leads simultaneously.

Positive attitude with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to sales. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and grow in the IT sales domain.
