Admissions & Student Outreach Intern (Fresher)

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala | In-Person Day Shift
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month | Job Type: Internship

The Role: Your Contribution

You will be the welcoming and professional point of contact, ensuring every prospective student and parent has a positive, guided experience from inquiry through enrollment.

Core Responsibilities:

Enrollment Support & Outreach: Actively drive admissions targets through targeted, professional follow-up with prospective applicants via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Admissions Cycle Management: Efficiently oversee and execute the entire student application and enrollment process. Applicant Liaison: Serve as the main coordinator, expertly handling all inbound and outbound inquiries from applicants, parents, and staff. Relationship Building: Guide families clearly through documentation and requirements, building positive rapport. Data Integrity: Maintain precise, up-to-date records using CRM software and the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Process Efficiency: Collaborate with the team to enhance workflow optimization and administrative efficiency.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (Recent graduates/Freshers are highly encouraged). Communication: Exceptional verbal and written command of English is mandatory. Technical: Mandatory competency in MS Office. Attributes: Strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude toward problem-solving, and excellent multitasking ability.
Significant Advantage: Proficiency in a regional language (e.g., Malayalam) and prior experience with any CRM software.
