Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage and convert leads generated through IndiaMART. The candidate will be responsible for responding to inquiries, understanding customer requirements, and closing sales while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and respond promptly to inbound leads generated from IndiaMART
Contact prospective customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and IndiaMART CRM
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
Follow up regularly on leads to maximize conversion rates
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product details
Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM
Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, accounts) for order fulfilment
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales target
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Required Skills and Qualification
Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or inside sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle high-volume leads efficiently
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Excel
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B sales
Knowledge of online lead platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Justdial
Industry-specific knowledge (can be customized)
