Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound and outbound sales leads
for digital marketing services
Pitch services such as
SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Lead Generation
Understand client business needs and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions
Conduct sales calls, follow-ups, and online demos/presentations
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up till closure
Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly
Achieve
monthly sales targets
and revenue goals
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding
Build long-term client relationships and upsell services
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year experience in inside sales
(preferably digital marketing agency or IT services)
Strong understanding of
digital marketing services
Excellent
communication & negotiation skills
Confident in cold calling, lead follow-ups, and deal closures
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language
Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and email communication
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined
Education
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
