Wilyer is looking for a motivated and target-driven
Inside Sales Executive
to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and convert leads into sales. The role involves outbound and inbound sales activities, relationship building, and coordination with internal teams to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential and existing customers via
calls, emails, and WhatsApp
.
Qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Wilyer products/services.
Close sales deals and achieve
monthly/quarterly sales targets
.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM.
Follow up regularly with prospects to nurture leads and conversions.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams for campaigns and feedback.
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Comfortable with
cold calling and follow-ups
.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel (preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-driven.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in
Inside Sales / Tele-sales / B2B or B2C Sales
.
Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or Startup environment is a plus.
Familiarity with lead funnels and conversion metrics.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of calls/emails/WhatsApp follow-ups.
Lead conversion rate.
Revenue achieved vs target.
Customer response and follow-up turnaround time.
