We are looking for a well-organized and customer-focused

Customer Sales Executive

to join our team. This is a, focused on handling client communication, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with the field sales team to ensure smooth client engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing client inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media. Explain company photography services, packages, and pricing to prospective clients. Follow up with leads, answer queries, and support deal closures from the office. Schedule and manage virtual meetings (Google Meet/Zoom) and in-person meetings with clients. Coordinate with field sales executives for client visits and on-ground meetings. Ensure timely sharing of client requirements and meeting details with the sales team. Assist the field sales team with proposals, quotations, and client follow-ups. Track lead status and update clients on next steps. Act as a communication bridge between clients and field sales executives. Maintain accurate records, client data, meeting schedules, and follow-up notes. Prepare basic sales and activity reports for management.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience in inside sales, customer support, or sales coordination. Good communication skills in English and local language. Graduate with good coordination and organizational skills. Comfortable handling multiple clients and schedules simultaneously. Professional, polite, and customer-oriented approach.
