We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented

Inside Sales Executive

to join our IT Services sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by generating qualified leads, engaging prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels Qualify inbound and outbound leads for IT services including Application Development, Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, and related offerings Schedule meetings, demos, and product/service presentations for the sales team Understand client business needs and propose suitable IT solutions in collaboration with pre-sales and technical teams Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications with prospects Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM tools Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and smooth handover Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and existing clients Track sales activities and provide regular reports on pipeline and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in IT services) Strong understanding of IT services such as Application Development, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Managed Services Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience with CRM tools Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team Strong organizational and time-management skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
