Responsible for identifying, prospecting, and generating new business opportunities for the sales team. Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and online platforms to create qualified leads. Maintain and update the lead database regularly. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads. Conduct follow-ups with interested prospects to nurture and convert leads into opportunities. Support sales campaigns, promotions, and outreach activities.



Major Duties :




Conduct outbound calling to potential clients for e-procurement, e-auction, and government banking alliance solutions. Research and identify target segments, companies, and decision-makers. Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects. Maintain daily activity reports and performance trackers. Keep detailed notes of conversations and ensure CRM is updated. Handle inbound leads and respond promptly to inquiries. Meet weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.



Key Skills :




Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of sales process and lead nurturing. Ability to engage confidently with clients over phone and email. Basic understanding of IT / SaaS / e-procurement / e-auction industry (added advantage). Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ability to work independently. * Good analytical and research skills.
