Role Overview



As a Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving direct sales for Bloom Hotels. You will be responsible for guest conversions, engaging in walk-ins, building relationships with local travel agents, and supporting property-level sales activities to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities



Handle walk-in inquiries and convert them into room or banquet bookings. Assist in managing and updating Online Travel Agency (OTA) listings, rates, and promotions. Build and maintain relationships with local travel agents, event planners, and retail partners. Participate in sales calls, client visits, and property-level promotional activities. Support in executing marketing and community engagement initiatives at the property level. Track competitor activity and provide insights to improve sales strategies. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM records. Collaborate with front office, reservations, and banquet teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. Learn and apply upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales / room sales / customer service role (hospitality experience preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and guest engagement skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
