We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join. The role involves managing inbound leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into workspace clients. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a key role in supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads generated through website, calls, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns.
Conduct outbound follow-ups with interested prospects and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline.
Understand client requirements and recommend the best workspace solutions offered.
Give virtual and telephonic walkthroughs of workspace features, pricing, and service offerings.
Coordinate with the operations team for site visits, bookings, and contract closure.
Maintain CRM records, track lead stages, and ensure timely updates.
Meet monthly targets for qualified leads, conversions, and revenue.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
2+ years
of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Tele-Sales, or Customer Acquisition.
Prior experience in coworking spaces, commercial real estate, or service-selling roles is an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
Comfortable handling high-volume calls and maintaining follow-up discipline.
Familiar with CRM tools and basic MS Office.
