to make outbound calls, understand customer needs, and promote loan/financial products. Candidates must have good communication skills and fluency in

Hindi + English + 1 regional language

(Gujarati/Kannada/Bengali/Telugu).

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls for personal loans & financial products Achieve monthly sales targets Maintain CRM records Explain product details clearly Follow up with leads for conversions Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

12th Pass/Graduate Strong communication & negotiation skills Basic computer knowledge Experience in Loans/Credit Cards/Insurance/Finance is a plus Freshers with good communication may apply
