A fast-growing, Delhi-based coworking and managed office space company, established in 2019, providing inspiring work environments for startups and enterprises. The organization focuses on innovation, collaboration, and growth--managing over 10 lakh sq. ft. across NCR for renowned brands and expanding rapidly across key business hubs.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn outreach.
Act as the primary point of contact for inbound leads and understand client requirements.
Create customized proposals and assist with sales documentation and collateral.
Maintain updated lead information in CRM tools (preferably Zoho).
Coordinate with internal teams for agreements, term sheets, and timely deal closures.
Track campaign performance and recommend optimization for better ROI.
Support post-sales follow-up until handover to the operations team.
Stay informed on workspace inventory, specifications, and market trends.
Participate in negotiations and prepare MoMs for ongoing deals.
Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and design teams to drive results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales or CRM-based roles.
Proven experience in cold calling and lead qualification.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organization and CRM (Zoho preferred) proficiency.
Goal-oriented and self-driven with a collaborative mindset.

Pay: ₹12,720.86 - ₹39,335.80 per month
