Engage customers through
calls, WhatsApp, and email
to understand requirements.
Recommend suitable audio-video products and solutions based on usage and budget.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up for deal closure.
Maintain lead details, sales pipeline, and customer data in CRM.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Build long-term relationships with premium customers for repeat business.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in
inside sales, telesales, or customer acquisition
(preferably in electronics, appliances, or e-commerce).
Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
Good product knowledge or interest in
home audio, theatre, and AV systems
.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend personalized solutions.
Comfortable working with CRM software and handling daily lead follow-ups.
Result-oriented, confident, and driven by targets.
