We are looking for an enthusiastic
Inside Sales Executive
to join our Gurugram office. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, understanding customer requirements, recommending products, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to generate and close sales.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Maintain and update CRM records with customer interactions and sales data.
Follow up with potential leads and convert them into sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for timely order processing.
Maintain relationships with high-value clients to encourage repeat business.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English & Hindi).
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Result-oriented, motivated, and target-driven mindset.
Qualifications
Graduate (any stream).
2-4 years of experience in sales, telesales, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
