Inside Sales Executive Responsibilities:
Communicating with potential customers for B2B sales, making outbound calls, and following up on leads
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
Scheduling the appointment with Business development manager? Research and reach out to customers for B2B
Keeping up with service information and updates
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
Staying informed about competing products and services
Up selling products and services
Researching and qualifying new leads
