Client Outreach & Relationship Building
Engage with prospective customers to understand their logistics/shipping needs.
Build strong relationships with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), e-commerce sellers, and D2C brands.
Product Pitching & Demonstration
Explain Shipease's shipping and logistics solutions, including rate comparison, courier aggregation, tracking, and automation features.
Conduct virtual product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
Sales Conversion
Follow up with leads to move them through the sales funnel.
Close deals and onboard customers to the Shipease platform.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
Track KPIs such as conversion rate, pipeline value, and follow-up activities.
Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team for campaigns and lead nurturing.
Coordinate with customer support and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Market Feedback
Gather feedback from prospects and clients to help improve product features, pricing models, and sales strategies.
