Primary Duties / Responsibilities
Diligently works in Inside Sales team following sales methodology and best practices
Apply prospecting techniques for securing new clients, key account management, and general account maintenance.
Provides periodic reviews of business including sales call activity, lead follow up, account reviews, prospecting and performance
Has a marketing mindset and is capable of designing and launching marketing activities viz. e-mailers, etc to source leads
Prepare and deliver reports as required
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
2+ years preferred experience as an Inside sales executive for Cloud Hosting, Data Center & Cyber Security services
Experience in inside sales /tele sales of technical training, audit and certification solutions in the enterprise space
Self-motivation, self-management and professionalism with advanced organizational, negotiation, problem solving skills and team building skills.
Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills
Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet Technologies/Social media
Demonstrated ability to manage/coordinate multiple projects and successfully prioritize multiple tasks with good judgment, initiative and follow-through to ensure deadlines are met.
Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvement and willingness to take on new challenges
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,128.70 - ₹36,754.49 per month
