upselling techniques

. Maintain customer satisfaction by following standard processes and service guidelines. Document interactions, feedback, and resolutions in CRM tools. Ensure compliance with company policies and international quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelors in any stream Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written). Problem-solving attitude with customer-centric mindset.
