We're looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to be the first point of contact between our company and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospects and introduce the company's services.
Follow up on leads and convert them into qualified appointments or sales.
Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes.
Handle queries and objections with professionalism and positivity.
Maintain a high call volume and meet daily/weekly performance targets.
Support the sales and marketing team with lead nurturing activities.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Certificate).
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
Freshers and 6 months of experience with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Skills We're Looking For:
Excellent spoken English and confident tone.
Ability to engage customers and handle objections tactfully.
Previous experience in telecalling/telesales/lead generation (0-1 year).
Basic knowledge of the education industry is a plus.
Experience in cold calling (domestic or international) is preferred.
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven personality
