Key Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Identify potential clients through research and outreach, understanding their needs and preferences. Engage in outbound telemarketing activities to generate new leads and sales opportunities. Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to manage leads, track communication, and maintain sales records. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client requirements with product offerings. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Experience:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English. Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or similar customer-facing roles. Strong ability to build and nurture client relationships. Experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or cold calling is highly preferred. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
