Identify and reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Understand customer needs and explain product/service features effectively.
Generate qualified leads and set up meetings or demos for the field sales team.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead details and status.
Follow up on inbound leads and nurture existing prospects.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and feedback.
Requirements
:
Graduate in any stream; MBA/BBA preferred.
6 months to 2 years of experience in inside/B2B/telesales preferred.
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
Proficiency with MS Excel, CRM tools, and email writing.
