Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound leads, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable programs or products. You'll play a key role in conversions and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls & follow-up on leads (warm/hot)
Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant offerings
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain CRM records and ensure regular follow-ups
Handle objections and close sales with confidence
Coordinate with the operations and support team for smooth onboarding
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication & convincing skills
Experience in B2C sales, preferably in EdTech or Health domain
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-oriented teams
Flexible to work in rotational or fixed shifts (if remote)
