Role Overview

We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive with a focus on outbound calling. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales. The candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in creating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or self-generated leads

- Clearly explain company services and offerings to prospects

- Set up qualified meetings or demos for the senior sales team

- Maintain and update CRM with accurate call notes and lead status

- Follow-up on cold and warm leads via email and phone

- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and outreach

Required Skills & Experience

- 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation

- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

- Comfortable working with CRM software and MS Excel

- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and client interaction

- Knowledge of IT services is a plus but not mandatory
