to join our growing IT team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their technology needs, and offering suitable IT products and services. You'll work closely with the sales and technical teams to drive business growth and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and generate leads through cold calling, emails, and social platforms.
Understand client IT requirements and pitch relevant solutions (e.g., software, SaaS, infrastructure, cloud services).
Schedule meetings/demos for field sales or technical teams.
Maintain and update CRM with all prospect interactions and sales activities.
Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with marketing for campaign execution and lead conversion.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and other sales documents as required.
Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and competitors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in IT or B2B inside sales preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and lead engagement.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Basic understanding of IT products/services (software, cloud, networking, etc.).
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
