Job Responsibilities:
Call potential dealers, architects, interior designers, and contractors across India from provided databases.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing of Pietralite products (Quick Stick, SuperFlex, etc.).
Generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions in CRM or Excel format.
Follow up with prospects to convert interest into orders.
Share digital brochures, videos, or website links as per lead requirements.
Handle inbound queries from WhatsApp, website, or phone calls professionally.
Provide feedback on lead quality and market responses.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in Telecalling or inside sales (preferably in building materials, interiors, or B2B products).
Good communication skills in
Hindi and English
(Regional languages a plus).
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, WhatsApp Web, Email).
Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
