Reporting to:
Business Development Head, Growth & Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with leads (inbound and referral-based) and convert them into consultations or follow-up appointments
Maintain structured communication logs on CRM systems
Coordinate with PROs and doctors for appointment scheduling and lead updates
Follow up with potential patients to address queries and build trust
Explain SSO's value proposition to patients and families professionally
Manage inbound calls from marketing and referral channels
Performance targets:
Monthly target for consultations scheduled and surgery conversions
Daily lead conversion ratio and follow-up SLAs
Accuracy of lead reporting and CRM usage
Requirements
Fluent in English and Hindi; Marathi is a strong bonus
Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, or education telesales preferred
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable working with CRM tools and Google Sheets
