The role involves engaging with prospective patients, explaining healthcare services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into appointments or sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a patient-centric approach, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for patient inquiries and service promotion.
Explain QHT Clinic's healthcare services and treatment options clearly and persuasively.
Convert leads into confirmed appointments and sales.
Maintain and update patient/lead records in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads to ensure high patient engagement and satisfaction.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle objections and build trust with patients.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate preferred (12th pass may be considered with strong sales skills).
0-2 years of experience in inside sales / telesales (healthcare or service industry preferred).
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
