We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive with 2-5 years of experience in industrial or B2B sales. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with production and dispatch teams, and supporting the field sales team to achieve business targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales inquiries from customers, distributors, and dealers
Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and order confirmations
Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams for order execution
Maintain and update CRM / sales records and customer databases
Support field sales team with pricing, documentation, and customer communication
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Ensure timely closure of sales and achievement of monthly targets
Handle customer queries related to products, pricing, delivery, and after-sales support
Skills & Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Coordination / Back Office Sales
Experience in industrial products such as valves, pipes, fittings, or engineering products preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and ERP/CRM systems
Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities efficiently
Basic understanding of technical product specifications is an advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
Diploma / BE / BTech / BCom / BBA in relevant discipline
Experience in manufacturing or industrial sales environment
Customer-focused mindset with strong follow-up skills
Proactive, result-oriented, and team player
