Key KPIs



100-120 outreach messages/day

(email + LinkedIn)

25-40 new leads/day

(Apollo + Sales Navigator) 100% follow-ups

40-60 onboardings/month

?20% conversion rate

Responsibilities



Generate and verify B2B lead data daily Run email campaigns using Listmonk Execute LinkedIn outreach via Sales Navigator Handle replies and guide onboarding Maintain Excel / CRM tracking

Requirements



1-5 yrs Inside Sales / B2B Lead Gen / SDR experience Strong English communication Experience handling

100+ daily outreaches

Excel / Google Sheets
