We are hiring an experienced In-House Sales professional to manage customer interactions, close sales leads, and build strong client relationships from the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales experience, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and inquiries
Convert leads into successful sales
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
Prepare quotations and negotiate deals
Build long-term relationships with clients
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in in-house / inside sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Good computer skills (CRM, MS Office, email handling)
Customer-centric attitude
Ability to work independently and handle pressure
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2C or B2B sales
Strong follow-up and closing abilities
Professional phone etiquette
