Responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects, and closing sales through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify leads via calls, emails, and CRM tools
Present products/services and handle objections effectively
Follow up on inquiries and nurture prospects to closure
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams
Requirements:
1-3 years of inside sales or telesales experience
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Experience with CRM and MS Excel
Target-driven with strong follow-up skills
Preferred Skills:
B2B/B2C sales experience
Knowledge of lead generation tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
