Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Calling



Make outbound calls to potential clients across industries (Pharma, HVAC, BMS, Manufacturing, Utilities, etc.). Explain company products, solutions, and services (Instrumentation, Automation, Control Panels, etc.). Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups or appointments for the sales team. Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and lead status reports.

2. Client Engagement & Coordination



Send company profiles, product catalogues, quotations, and emails to clients. Coordinate between clients and the technical/sales team for enquiries, quotations, and after-sales queries. Handle inbound enquiry calls and provide first-level product information.

3. Back-Office & Documentation Support



Prepare and update quotations, proposals, and basic sales documentation. Maintain CRM/Excel data of leads, enquiries, and follow-ups. Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking orders, and coordinating dispatch updates. Support the team with vendor documentation, purchase enquiries, and order entry if required.

4. Sales Process Support



Follow up for quotations, pending approvals, and payments. Assist in marketing activities like email campaigns, follow-up calls, and database management. Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping of all sales communication.

Pay: ₹11,276.70 - ₹34,965.85 per month
