Job Summary



We are looking for a motivated

Inside Sales Executive

with excellent communication and client-handling skills. The role involves outbound calling, lead qualification, product explanation, and converting potential customers into active clients.

Key Responsibilities


Proactively reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and messaging platforms
Understand client needs and present suitable product/service solutions
Conduct clear and engaging product explanations or virtual demosNurture leads through regular follow-ups and convert them into qualified opportunities
Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
Coordinate with the sales/technical team to schedule demos or closure meetings
Identify potential sales opportunities by researching and analyzing customer requirements
Achieve assigned sales targets, follow-up milestones, and daily activity goals
Ensure high-quality customer engagement and build strong client relationships

Required Skills



Excellent verbal & written communication skills Strong convincing & negotiation abilities Ability to handle objections and convert leads Good knowledge of basic computer operations & CRM tools Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident speaker Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
