Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to pitch products/services.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain a high call volume and meet daily/weekly calling targets.
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Maintain and update customer data in CRM.
Build positive relationships with customers for repeat business.
Share customer feedback with the sales and marketing team.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call reports.
Required Skills
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle outbound calls confidently.
Good command of Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle objections and close sales.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
Qualifications
Any graduate / HSC with good communication skills.
Experience in telesales, inside sales, or telecalling preferred.
Fresher with excellent communication may also apply.
