Key Responsibilities
Call, follow-up, and convert leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
Explain product offerings (K-12 learning programs, Robotics & AI courses, practice platform).
Schedule demos, trial classes, and coordinate with the academic team.
Maintain lead data accurately in CRM/Google Sheets.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Provide timely updates to the reporting manager.
Handle basic WhatsApp and email communication with parents/schools.
Requirements
Graduate (Any stream).
1-3 years of Inside Sales / Telecalling / EdTech experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (Gujarati is an added advantage).
Good convincing skills and result-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets & CRM tools.
Ability to handle high-volume calling.
Must have a laptop
