Job Description

Handle inbound inquiries received through phone calls, emails, and online platforms (IndiaMART, JustDial, LinkedIn, etc.). Contact potential customers to introduce company products and generate new business leads. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow up on pending leads. Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead and customer information. Coordinate with the field sales team for meetings, samples, and order follow-ups. Support in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain good relationships with existing clients for repeat business. Assist in order processing, documentation, and payment follow-up. Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
