We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience in sales or client engagement. This role is a mix of in-office responsibilities (80%) and field meetings with clients (20%). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to connect with people across age groups and backgrounds, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups from the office.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and discussions as required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across different demographics and industries.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or client-facing roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to explain technical or business concepts clearly to varied audiences.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to take initiative.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
