Inside Sales Executive

Job Description

Identify, qualify, and nurture new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media.

Understand customer needs and requirements, and present suitable IT products and solutions.

Schedule and conduct product demos or online presentations.

Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and events.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales strategies and client engagement.

Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager.
