Respond to customer inquiries via calls, email, and website, qualifying leads and providing information on our engineering products.
Make outbound sales calls and follow up with both new and existing customers.
Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and support field sales efforts.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records in CRM or trackers and provide regular updates to management.
Assist with sales documentation and basic after-sales support, all while helping achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Ideal candidates have:
6 months to 1 year of experience in inside sales, coordination, or customer support.
A degree or diploma (engineering, commerce, or business preferred).
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, plus good MS Office skills.
A proactive, positive team approach with strong multitasking and follow-up abilities.
