Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Inside Sales Executive with experience in software sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demos, closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships -- all through inside sales channels such as calls, emails, and online meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through cold calls, inbound inquiries, email campaigns, and online platforms
Identify customer needs and present suitable software solutions
Conduct virtual product presentations and demos
Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates regularly
Work closely with technical and marketing teams to support sales campaigns
Follow up with leads and negotiate pricing and contracts to close deals
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, with a strong focus on software product or SaaS sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand technical products and translate them into business value
Proven ability to meet sales targets
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
