Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated and energetic
Telecalling Executives
to join our team. You will play a key role in contacting salon/spa owners, sharing the value of Trakky's platform, and encouraging them to register with us. As the first point of contact, your communication will directly influence our business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Call salon/spa owners from a curated lead database.
Clearly explain Trakky's offerings and how it helps salons increase visibility and customer engagement.
Encourage business owners to register on the platform (free and premium listings).
Schedule follow-ups or appointments for the onboarding/sales team.
Respond to initial questions and build trust with potential clients.
Keep accurate logs of all calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback using CRM tools.
Assist in promoting additional services when relevant.
Candidate Requirements
Must be located in Ahmedabad (mandatory for in-office role).
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales preferred. (Freshers with strong verbal skills are welcome.)
Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in handling objections and persuasive in conversations.
Comfortable with computers and CRM usage.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
