We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Techscope Technologies Pvt. Ltd. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts, focusing on ERP IT solutions such as SAP B1, and CRM systems. This role requires an individual with a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage potential clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and generate leads through research, networking, and outreach. Qualify leads and determine their potential for conversion.
Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Provide informative and persuasive presentations of ERP and CRM solutions (primarily SAP B1) to prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their requirements and recommending the best solutions.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to closing sales and post-sales follow-up.
Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to support pipeline development, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients and partners.
CRM Utilization: Use CRM tools to track client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities, ensuring all customer information is up to date.
Market Research & Reporting: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide regular reports to management on sales activities and pipeline status.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years in inside sales, preferably in ERP IT solutions (SAP B1) and CRM systems.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems (especially SAP B1) and CRM tools. Prior experience in selling ERP solutions is a strong advantage.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex technical solutions in an easily understandable way.
Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet or exceed sales targets.
CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, ensuring client data is effectively managed and utilized.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve organizational goals.
