Job Description

We're Hiring! | Inside Sales Executive (Preferably - A Female Candidate, Fresh Graduate) Location: Ahmedabad Line of Business: Air Freight | Sea Freight | Project Cargo Logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and email prospective clients from the lead database or provided list.

Promptly respond to client's inquiries and coordinate with the pricing and operations team to provide accurate quotations to clients - on time.

Follow-up regularly with clients to convert quotes into confirmed shipments.

Coordinate with the pricing team to prepare accurate and competitive freight quotes.

Maintain a quotation tracker, quote log and analyze success / failure of quotes and regularly update the sales team and the management with the findings.

Maintain accurate and updated client records, contact details and communication logs in the CRM or internal system.

Assist the sales team with documentation, internal coordination, preparing of KYC and KYC'sCs, close follow up with clients.

Assist sales team to prepare sales reports, MIS reports for management review on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Do a basic level market research to track competitor's activity and emerging trends in the market.

Identify emerging business opportunities and report to the sales head and management.

Qualifications:

Fresh Graduate (Preferably BCOM, BBA, BA in English or similar)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Confident telephone manner

Telephone and Email Communication etiquette

Good MS Office and Email handling skills

High energy, willingness to learn and attention to details

Preferred Candidate Profile:
