Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented

Inside Sales Executive

to join our team in

Vesu, Surat

. The ideal candidate will have at least

1 year of experience

in selling loan or finance products such as personal loans, business loans, or home loans through telecalling, digital channels, and inbound/outbound leads. You will be responsible for handling client inquiries, lead conversion, explaining financial products, and supporting customers through the loan process--entirely from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls for loan inquiries (Personal, Business, Home Loans, etc.). Convert warm leads into customers through effective communication and persuasion. Understand customers' financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products. Explain loan terms, eligibility, and documentation requirements clearly over the phone or through digital communication. Assist customers with online application processes and coordinate with the credit and operations teams. Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and ensure proper documentation. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Key Skills Required:

Strong understanding of loans and financial products Excellent verbal and written communication skills Persuasive and confident phone manner Goal-oriented and performance-driven Knowledge of loan documentation and basic credit checks Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred) Prior experience in

inside sales or telecalling

in finance or banking is a plus
