THE ROLE:
Cold Calling
Engage potential clients across the UK via outbound calls to generate interest and set appointments for the client's services.
LinkedIn Outreach
:
Identify, connect, and communicate with prospects through personalized LinkedIn messaging campaigns.
Email Marketing
:
Create and manage outreach sequences using
Pipedrive
email templates and tracking to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Lead Management
:
Organize and follow up on leads within
Pipedrive CRM
, ensuring timely updates and reporting on engagement progress.
Market Understanding
:
Stay informed about property maintenance trends and the competitive landscape to tailor messaging accordingly.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE
Requirements
Proven experience in
inside sales
or
lead generation
(preferably in the UK market).
Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
Hands-on experience with
Pipedrive CRM
, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach tools.
Ability to write professional, engaging messages tailored to different audiences.
Comfortable working remotely and independently with minimal supervision.
