Experience:
1-3 years in BFSI / Insurance / Bancassurance / Bank-sales channel preferred
Qualification:
Minimum Graduate (any discipline)
Good communication in English & local language (Konkani / Marathi / Hindi as relevant)
Valid ID, local to Goa preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Drive insurance product sales through bank branches / bancassurance tie-ups
Build & maintain relationships with bank branch staff, branch managers, and customers to generate leads
Understand customer's needs, explain product features, recommend suitable insurance solutions
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Handle post-sales service, documentation, customer follow-ups
Maintain MIS/reporting; ensure compliance with company / RBI / IRDAI guidelines
